    How long does it take to receive my order?

    The production time for orders typically ranges from 1-3 business days, depending on the product type and quantity. After production, shipping times apply, which can vary from 1-8 business days within the United States. International shipping times may vary.

    How do I track my order?

    Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also use the tracking number on our “Track Your Order” page.

    Can I return a product?

    Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for products unless they are defective or differ significantly from your design submission. If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt with photos of the product and a detailed description of the problem.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept a variety of payment methods including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal and Apple Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

    How can I make changes to my order?

    If you need to make changes to your order, contact us via live chat or email at support@clothspell.com within 60 minutes of placing it. We can make changes before the order is in production or shipped. After that, changes are not possible.

    Can I cancel my order?

    You can cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing it. Contact us immediately via live chat or email at support@clothspell.com. If it hasn’t entered production, we’ll issue a full refund. Once in production or shipped, it can’t be canceled.
